I most certainly thank you
both so very much for your kind and considerate approach
to customer relations and problem solving. Any more
it is too seldom that we ( the customer ) are
blessed to encounter the like’s of truly caring people
such as yourselves. It say’s a great deal for
the Carter Family at
large.
I offer my special thanks to Dr. John, 1st
for accepting my Sunday call and 2nd for
the accurate diagnosis of and immediate solution
to the problem.The wraparound changer did in fact
have a burr on it as well as a somewhat course
grove. I was able smooth and polish the surface,
reassemble and accurately retune without mishap.
Know this, I have added ( as standard procedure
) the redressing of the wraparound changers every
time a string is replaced.
